HUMANS VS MUTANTS
Graviton Magneto

Lets try this again shall we? I'ts a COC to see who will own the planet earth...humans or mutants.

I think you need to re-tweak your definition of 'mutant' and 'human.'

Magneto is a clear and cut mutant. As is Prof. Xavier and Colossus. After all, they have the x-gene in their genetic structure.

However the Hulk, Graviton and Dr Doom are mutants as well. The only difference is HOW they became mutants.

While the X-men affiliated muties (affiliated by being founders, members ,or ex-members/prime-foes) were born with an X-gene that got triggered, the so called 'humans' are also mutants.
But they became mutants in a more mundane way. They were mutated.
Eg the Hulk was caught in a gamma-radiation burst that made him a mutant.
Dr. Doom, in the current reincarnation that came up with the rehash of the Fantastic Four, was in the same room when the experiment that turned Reed, Sue, Ben and Johnny happened (unlike the prior history the F4 were not mutated by space radiation but by an experiment gone awry). Doom's genetics were mutated into his current form (Marvel has been changing a lot of character histories lately .....it is their little version of Pre-Crisis/Post-Crisis).
Graviton too is not 'human' but 100% pure mutant. Just like Doom, and just like the Hulk. Graviton also 'suffered' a laboratory accident that changed his genetics allowing him control over gravitons, and thus over gravity.

The inherent lesson is this. If you, Long Pig, are showered with gamma radiation from a radioactive pile, your genetics would mutate. Now, unlike the Hulk, it would either kill you instantly if strong enough, or you would die one of the most horrid deaths possible sometime later. You wouldn't turn into a green raging beast.
But anyways, your genetics would be mutated from the inside out, and you would essentially be technically termed a mutant.

Going into comics, the Hulk is just as much as mutant as Magneto.

Infact i could even be more contrarian and state that the Hulk, Graviton and Doom (current Doom) are by far MORE mutant than Magneto, Prof X and Colossus!
Why?
Well, Magneto, X and Colossus were born with the X-gene. They were born 'mutant.' Their genotype and phenotype is different. So different infact that they SHOULD be termed a separate species from Homo Sapiens Sapiens.
Technically speaking they are NOT mutant but merely a different species.

However Graviton, current Doom and the Hulk ARE MUTANTS.
Why?
Well, they were born 100% homo sapiens. 100% primo human.
But they were each exposed to a chemical/cosmic/radiological accident respectively, and their genetic structure was warped.
It mutated.
They are mutants.
PRobably more so, on a technical basis, than the X-men affiliated types.

p.s: Spiderman is a mutant too. A radioactive (old spidey)/genetically altered (new Spidey) spider bite changed his genetic structure.
DareDevil is also a mutant. While he has enhanced hearing and smell, the thing that makes him a mutant is his 'radar sense.' That was due to the radioactive liquid changing his genetic structure allowing him to have a radar sense. If he did not have it, and only had his enhanced hearing and smell, he would be 100% human. But with the radar sense he is a mutant.

Now, Black Panther and Captain America are NOT mutants. Their respective 'enhancements' were caused by drugs (a herb for TChalla, and a serum for Cap). They are just high on super-steroids. Thus, they are not mutants but are instead humans on steroids. There are similar examples today in the National Baseball League where they pop steroids like MMs!

Batman on the other hand is 100% human. His abilities stem from hard work, dedication and sweat. Not some laboratory accident, nor some pumped-up super-steroids. He is total human, and (unlike Captain America) the TRUE pinnacle of human perfection (Cap used drugs to get there).
If you are talking human think Batman, Nightwing, Green Arrow etc.

But anyways, to answer your question.

Magneto defeats Graviton. Why? Well, in some comics Magneto is shown to be the Unified Theory. Basically controlling all of the 4 major forces. Namely the Electro-magnetic force, the weak nuclear force, the strong nuclear force, and gravity. In this case Magneto is far stronger than Graviton, who only controls one.

Doom defeats Prof X. I think one of the worst things Xavier could try to do is to get inside Doom's mind. That is some dark territory.

Hulk vs Colossus. I love the Russian, but the Hulk is stronger than the Hulk. They both start at the same strength level (current 'revamped' Colossus), but the Hulk can get stronger. Hulk wins.

Is hulk and doom still considered human??
Are the f4 still technically human?
