Well the Van Helsing has frank in it .. dont know how bad ass Frank will be. But you mean as an independant film ? Well I havent seen a Frank movie that has totally blown me away... so why not ?

Nah. There was mary Shelley's Frankenstein, plus theres a made for T.V. movie series coming up about him, on USA I think.

He's not that interesting a character anyway.
