This is something i never did before I hit 40 but I must be wearing out cause I find a need a nap more often these days. My daughter in her 20's seems to nap continually.

I had a nap, but thats cos I hadn't slept the night before - but generally, unless im ill or something is wrong with me (emotionally or physically) I dont nap.

when i'm unhappy or tired or ill
and i can fall asleep in ANY place
last time i needed to take a nap during punk concert bag

i only nap, not sleep, few hours between long nights of random posting and the likes

Whenever is humanly possible I do droolio

once in a blue moon ill nap other wise i live on about 4 hours a sleep a night

I just had a looong nap which screwed my sleeping pattern droolio supah!

I almost always take an afternoon nap! Usually a nap lasting like 20 minutes though.

That happened to me a while back, i became nocturnal for 2 months

I've been nocturnal too.

So we have only one bunny and no one admitting to a daily nap? I find this rather odd.

I'm a once in a while guy. I used to nap all the time. But no more unfortunately.

Yes I nap,Whenever I can. after house work is done for that day.

Not until I got to college. I stay up way to late all the time so naps are often required.

If I'm away in a warm climate I'll have a siesta in the afternoon - but mostly only so I can stay up until the early hours.
