Has anyone else seen this internet cartoon on illwillpress.com?

I just got the first volume DVD from Hot Topic today. I put it into my DVD player and it skips so the animations and the voices are all choppy. I tried it on my parents' DVD player and my brother's PS2 and it worked fine on theirs.

It's not defective either because I exchanged it and had the same problem with the second DVD.

Had anyone else had this problem with this DVD or any other DVD?

So far I had no promblems with any dvds.But if you do have a promblem wiht it return it and get another one.JM
