both at current power levels- who wins??

Scarlet Witch is much more powerful. But she has no idea how to use it. Plus she's ape insane. Raven takes it.

welllets say scarlet witch isn't insane- imop its even cause scarlet witch doesn't really have a handle on her powers and raven does. also raven might win cause she has beaten some pretty powerful people(her father)

Scarlet does have some decent tricks, though, and probability manipulation. I'll go for Raven since Scarlet is less of a direct combat type.

idk after thinking it mover it seems pretty even in a way but in the end raven might win... or maybe scarlet witch idk
