when i went to shut down my comp...a message come up sayin
' other people are logged on to his computer, turnin it of could result in data loss' <somethin like that anyway

now is this a gentle way of tellin me ive got hacked?
if so..then help! eek!

Deano
whoops wrong forum embarrasment sorry

Ahnold
We need to know more. Does your computer contain multiple accounts {e.g. one for you, one for your brother etc. etc.}? If so, then the message could simply mean that one of them is still logged on as you're shutting down. I know this because I've seen the same message on my computer {which DOES contain multiple accounts}.

Tex
Yes more information is needed.

Please post a shirtless pic of yourself bending over your computer.

We can further discuss the issue then.
