I try to do it but it wont appear...

To include a picture or graphic within your message, you can simply surround the address of the image with the image tags: http://www... (without the space between the slash and img)

or

you can attach a file, uploaded from your computer (except in Private Messages).

except you cant add pictures in pm's no2

For PMs, I would suggest you use a service like http://www.imageshack.us/
