25. Magneto/Apocalypse/Exodus/Holocaust/Ultron/Nimrod/Mandarin
26. Juggernaut/Hulk
27. Dr.Doom/Iron Man/Wonder Man/Namor/Thing

made by Beyonder is the most acurate i have seen.

GalacticStorm
That is so inaccurate. How can molecule man be beyond Shaper and Kubik when they are whole full powered cosmic cubes and him and beyonder are halves of an incomplete cosmic cube. Thats just silly. The phoenix force is placed way to low. Whats goin on!! lol. It could arguably be in the top 5 but if not then in the top 10 of that list with ease. Especially if its the full phoenix and not just an avatar who draws on limited amounts of it and look what they could do.

Scoobless
is Captain Universe more powerful than the Surfer? and you have Super Skrull 2 above Hulk and 1 above Magneto..... that doesn't seem right

do you know who molecule man is????

well for the phoenix force . Phoenix tied to battle weak ass Galactus so i don't consider her top 5.

TAOO , LT , eternity, death, infinity and you want to put her with those enties???

as for beyonder the true beyonder are powerful but the one i listed are the weaker ones.

22. Captain Universe

5. Celestials/True Beyonders (?)
6. Galactus
7. Shaper of Worlds/Kosmos/Kubik
8. Korvac
9. Full power Franklin Richards
10. Tyrant/Beyonder

this is incomplete, but it is my top-of-head top ten list.

GalacticStorm
The Phoenix force as everyone knows wields the energy of the pysches of everything in existence. Universe, multiverse whatever. To be sentient it draws on the energy of generations not yet born. If im not mistaken the list was talking about the phoenix force right? I think some people need to distinguish the phoenix force from its avatars who draw on the force in limited amounts. Fair enough if u want to place phoenix 2 or jean outside of the top 10 but not the phoenix force itself. It was phoenix 2 the weakest of the avatars who beat back galactus and knocked out his herald nova singlehandedly. In the recent retcon it was jean herself who held together the strands of the multiverse and reenegised them under her own power reserves. Jean is an avatar. All u hav to do to is read xmen forever or look at the grant morrison arc to see the importance and power of the phoenix. I mean when galactus tried stripping the phoenix from rachel the stars started fading. Death holds no power over phoenix like she does with galactus. The phoenix force itself definitely should be in the top 5

GalacticStorm
Thats a bit more accurate hooray

GalacticStorm
Yeah kg i know about molecule man he wields half the power of a cosmic cube. Hes no match for the more powerful abstract entities or the phoenix. Its debatable whether kubik or shaper are

kgkg
i do agree i didn't make the list myself

Not top 5 but higher than the current one.

Lots of shit missing and incorrect.

Oblivion/Order/Chaos are high end cosmic beings should be below eternity.

Dormammu/Set/Chthon/Gaia --- they are above sky father.

i will make a decent list for marvel soon.

God like cable is strong than Nate and Apoc.

Power rankings:

Worked out in such a way that the higher levels could, theoretically, when written correctly, beat the levels below them.

1. The One Above All

2. Living Tribunal - being the judge of the whole Multiverse means he's the lone being that bridges the gap between Realities and the The One Above All, he's on this level by himself. Even though his will has been thwarted by Korvac.

3. The Infinity Gauntlet - no explanation needed here. Everyone and everything below this level would be owned by anyone who wields this weapon. Arguably, it can rival the Living Tribunal in power (hey, if Korvac can).

4. Eternity, Infinity, Death and Oblivion - these four abstracts see each other as equals and opposites. Oblivion doesn't get as much coverage as the other three but these four has some type of 'agreement' between them. In Cosmos in Collision, there was a cosmic struggle between Infinity and Oblivion (with their avatars) and universal powers were in attendance as spectators because they couldn't do anything but watch (the entire race of Watchers, the Fourth Celestial Host, Galactus, numerous alien races...) In terms of universal importance, Galactus would be on this level, in terms of power he's a step below.

5. Galactus, Celestials, Phoenix Force, The Starbrand - Galactus maintains the universal balance between life and death, has vast cosmic powers (enough to create a being who can destroy entire galaxies) and was the sole survivor of the old universe. The cosmic scientists control vast cosmic energies, can hurl planets with ease and manipulate reality to an extent. The Phoenix Force needs no explanation.

6. Order and Chaos, Chronos - The galactic balance. Everything in the universe is in their sphere of influence and follow the laws of order and chaos (except Warlock and Thanos). Both command vast cosmic energies and can manipulate reality. The God of Time is self explanatory.

7. Love and Hate, The Stranger, In-Betweener - The cosmic manipulators Love and Hate would have to be powerful to be called to arms against Thanos with the Infinity Gauntlet. The Stranger is the collective power of Gigantus, also commands vast cosmic power. The servant of Order and Chaos has ultimate power when there are dualities to be exploited. The Destroyer Armor powered by all Asgardians and the Uni Mind powered by all Eternals would be on this level.

8. The Vishanti, Cosmic Cubes, Eon - Kosmos, Kubik and the Shaper of Worlds can manipulate reality on a global scale. The plant-like Eon is several billion years old, has cosmic awareness and appoints protectors of the universe. The combined power of Agamotto, Oshtur and Hoggoth form the Vishanti.

9. Elder Gods, Dormammu - Gaea was the mother god of most of the pantheonic skyfathers, she and her contemporaries, Chthon, Demiurge, etc... make up this level. Dormammu is the master of several dimensions and commands vast mystic powers, he along with his sister are on this level.

10. Surtur, Tyrant, Korvac - Surtur could theoretically destroy the universe with the Twilight Sword. Tyrant has destroyed galaxies in his fight against Galactus. Korvac was powered by the cosmic energy from Galactus' World Ship.

11. Cyttorak - powers the Juggernaut and the unbreakable crimson bands

12. Skyfathers, Zuras - some would say Odin is on the same level as Surtur but he needed Thor and Loki to take him down, and Odin's brothers delayed him the first time. The Earth eternals are more powerful than the Titan eternals so their leader and ancestor is on this level.

13. Enigma Force - a force that travels the universe empowering individuals in order to avert certain catastrophes.

14. Destroyer Armor and Mindless Ones

15. Mephisto - in his realm he's supreme, unless it's a higher power like Galactus. Outside of it, he's relatively harmless.

16. Thanos, Morg (WOL), The Sphinx - Thanos stood up to Odin and Tyrant but took quite a beating and by the end of it had trouble getting up. Morg took down the combined effort of all the heralds. The Sphinx is a little harder to gauge but he fought Galactus once... and lost.

17. Elders of the Universe, Black Bolt, Mentor, Adam Warlock - No one's seen a full powered scream from Blackbolt, chances are it'll kill anyone below this level. Warlock, like Thanos, stands outside the influence of Order and Chaos. The Elders are powered by the power primordial.

18. Thor, Hercules, Silver Surfer, Gladiator, Beta Ray Bill, Terrax, Quasar & all Protectors, Blackheart, Deathurge, Drax, Hyperion, Eternals

19. Loki, Dr Strange, Annihilus, Firelord, Nova, Airwalker, Super Skrull, Inhumans

20. Apocalypse, Hulk... everyone else

radioboy121
I might put Adversary, Darkchilde, Merlyn, Necrom, Feron around 16 at the very least. Necrom with anti-phoenix should be at least 11.

Ego could be placed at 6 as a single Celestial was a pain to him, but 5 if Exile's alternate version can be a valid demonstration too (he took on two Celestials). Super Ego could be between 4 and 5.

Mistress Love and Sire Hate should be also with the other abstracts Order and Chaos, and Chronos as there is no justification that one could upsurp the other.

The Watcher should also be at 7 and their off branched race the Critic between 6 and 7 for their lesser inclination to not get involved.

Impossible Man should be at least 10. Although he's often done more physical feats, he has recreated a planet with sentient life on a whim once.

...

leonheartmm
that list has many holes.

I would put the Phoenix Force on the level of Eternity and Death etc.... its a true multiversal entity, unlike Galactus. It exists across universes. When Rachel's team met their alternate reality counterparts, she didnt have one.

its not stated that those Rachels are different from the current one though. you'd have to have Rachel meet an alternate version of herself. Also, Rachel isn't the Phoenix right now since her mother reclaimed the mantle long ago.

The Rachel in the What If I'm referring to died so it might be safe to say that it's not the mainstream one. Why would Rachel have to meet them?

well, I guess dying would work too stick out tongue

But anyway, I dont want to get into a whole Phoenix debate, but I think its safe to say that Jean/Phoenix exists outside the unvierse, since she has held the 616 universe in her hands and healed it.

Also, I'm not really sure on the status of What Ifs? Are they really alternate universes, or more like... possible alternate universes? If you get my drift. confused wink

Galactus is more powerful than any Celestial.Proof of this came at the end of the Cancerverse arc when he was the last one standing out of all the so-called abstracts.Galactus fulfills a role in the Cosmic Consonance which he takes very seriously, just ask the remaining Proemial Gods(Tenebrous,Aegis,etc.).We almost got a glimnpse at his potential during the first Secret Wars arc when he was about to absorb his solar system sized WorldShip.

I'll return to do a ranking after the conclusion of Avengers Childrens Crusade. If my suspicions are proven correct then im about to turn this list upside down y'all eek!

Dont mistake role with power.

For example, Eoma is the omniversal guardian, in terms of the area she surveys and acts over she is guardian on a much greater scale than LT however her inherent power is less than a skyfather erm

In the next issue of F4 we're going to see Galactus facing off against Celestials then we will truly see how their power ranks comparatively.

No sir I was not confusing his role with power. My point was that it seems that Galactus by nature is a minimalist and therefore is content with his role in the universe. He is capable of far more shows of power seeing that his power is only limited by how much stores of he has, which to me is pretty scary. That's what I meant by my prior statement.I think that I read somewhere about how the Hunger had stated after his manipulation of Galactus was complete that even if he(Galactus)had used the Gems to wish his hunger away it would never had worked.Plus let us not forget that a lot of his energy stores go to keeping Abraxas(The destructive aspect of Eternity at bay). This is why I do not understand peoples comparisons of Earth's deities to Galactus because they should not be mentioned in the same sentence.Even at a low power level generated a wave that decimated more than three solar systems and potentially a galaxy. This goes to my earlier comment regarding Galactus' nature and my guess is this probably played a big part in his selection of Norrin Radd due to the fact that appear to be just alike.
