Well, assuming Grievous has a blaster hanging from his belt, then Obi-Wan or Qui-Gonn would be able to pull it off.
But most likely, they would get sliced and diced once twice.

Grievous would kill both jedi.

Grievous; he took out eight Jedi on Hypori, killing four of them, and defeating five simultaneously, including Ki-Adi-Mundi and Shaak Ti. He even gave ROTS Obi-Wan a fight.

QGJ is a beligerant old fool who is addicted to death sticks and is singlehandedly responsible for the rise of the empire.
