ummm joker would just annoy doom to tears...and then doom would become a super hero realizing that thats what could happen to him....then he says....nonsense doom is all powerfull....then he gets a split personality....ok nah i think doom would just kill the guy....joker would do nothing with the prep...he's make batman ballons and pop them all week....
