I can make my profile say I was born in 1920, he could have faked his too. I've heard him brag about being 12 before.

And yes, when you accept the Terms of Service it says you need to be 13 or older to join.

Because he didn't want to appear too much older, you can see his posts and you can tell he is a young kid. If he were 18 or older and posting like that, I'd be scared.
