Ironman and Dr Doom find out that Nimrod (not Bastion) is gunning for them. They have one hour to prepare. How would they fare?

ironman and Dr.doom would win. Dr.doom by himself would find a way. given the pre time. without the prep time im not so sure.

1 hour is not enough.
