Hey you guys me and Uneeklyconfused were chattin and we thought that we should open this thread so that everyone who wants to chat can... so ya here we go...

Well I am bored...So I will post

I woke up at 5:30AM and got ready for work...Had to start at 8am...but had to take the City Transit

Worked till 4PM and a friend came over to look at something on the internet while I did the dishes

Been an interesting week so far...had two days off this week

Able to spend time with friends and make new ones

Oh Well..

So how is everyone here?

My parents sent me to Judo when I was young, cause I was small for my age and could use some physical confidence.
It seemed bothersome at first but it grew on me and I found martial arts just the sports for me. got pretty good at it, won some matches but eventually it got boring again (got to the brown belt).
After a few years I decided to take up sports again and started training Kempo, very different from Judo, and I got quite serious in practicing that style. But unfortunately my working hours are in my way now as I told.
I also did some fencing and got very far in pistol marksmanship

we are to good for other people hehe

No worries there, I'm am a very peacefully person! My remaining hobbies now are being a scout's guide and I paint and I started sculpting too recently.
And I like to go out, bowling, pool and concerts. How about you people?

And yes judo is defensive, but a good Judoka can still do quite alot of damage if he wants. Kempo is a whole different ball-game, a master in that style can literally rip you apart. But as in all martial arts, it takes insane amounts of practice to really preform those moves in real combat effectively. I my self have never fought for real in my whole life!
I do like to play no boundaries rugby with my friends, that leaves some bloodstains generally..

id love to do sumthing like that...its just that...im too damn lazy !

Have a little faith! Laziness falls of very easily. You just need to get in the game, get the feeling of it.
Here's what you do: put up some goals on both sides of a field and place a ball in the middle.
Set up 2 equal teams and let it rip. If a ball gets in a goal, it's a score, no matter if it was kicked, thrown or dragged. Just do agree on some rules for safety. You know, no hitting, biting and fire-arms on the field.
Have a barbecue and some beer afterwards and that's a kick ass saturday guarrrantee!
