i make it in 1024x768

when i upload them kmc (the bas7ards) shrinks them to 800x600

It's been a while since you posted, it appears, but if you're still looking for the Shogun of Steel insignia, here's the best that can be pulled from the comic. These are the only three images from the book that give a clear view of the insignia.
