Can the JLA overcome Shuma Gorath at full power? Gorath has been planning to destroy DC earth, Spectre can do nothing about it because the Presence say that earth is on it's own this time. Gorath prepared for a month, gathering his strength for the battle. The JLA had only 12 days since Spectre didn't say anything because he was bound by the Presence who restricted him from informing anyone on earth, until it was twelve days before the attack. God works in mysterious ways.

I don't remember Spectre ever being in the JLA. As I recall, after Hal turned into Spectre, he left the group.

Draco said he was like reserve JLA or something like that. But Spectre isn't in this fight.

I dunno, can Shuma Gorath even be hurt? Let alone killed. If the Spectre intervenes then the JLA win but on their own its gonna be a tough fight.

I doubt JLA could last long, seeing that shuma wields energy on a solar scale, maybe higher.
