I guess this falls under the category of "you reap what you sew". I personally like the comments, "He was a nice man." Yes, I bet he was a real charmer.
Sadako of Girth
Well I hope that it was a white guy who shot him.... That'd be a nice bit of irony in the cash-out of a white supremecist...
KharmaDog
but apparently he was "nice" white supremacist

Doesn't sound like that big of a loss.

Ex-racist? What does that even mean...people who are racist are racist forever...no?
KharmaDog
I think they mean that he is no longer the leader of a racist orginization, not that he is no longer a racist. Well, now that he's dead, I guess he now is no longer a racist, he's not much of anything now really.

Or maybe Ex-racist means he was once a racist but now he is not..
KharmaDog
He was still defending his participation in the white heritage front, so I doubt that that is the case.

Yep, good thing he gone. People like him are not people society wants. They caused many problems especially in the diverse city of Toronto. How many fights there were between racist and anti-racist groups!
Oh dear walking in Toronto near city hall ten years back ( i was 8) and the group holds a sign saying "rights for whites". Today i laugh at it because I am like thinking the country is yours and feel free to live anywhere and do anything legally right. What right don't you have!

Oh you mean in the "Ex-Parrot" sense of the word "Ex-racist"...

I think Ex-racist leader = used to be a racist leader... now just a racist.

I read the topic title and felt so hopeful...Thought Congressman Jesse James might have finally copped it...
Good riddance, says I.

One receives what one stitches together using a needle and thread?
Anyhow, just because he was a racist does not mean he wasn't kind and polite. I'm sure he was, in truth, a nice individual with whom one would get along--kinda like Timothy McVeigh.

Here's a good one that happened yesterday, an idiot soccer player could face 3 years in prision for making a racist insult. the new It's from Brasil

Are you saying that murder is a good thing?
That's like justifying capital punishment, just because at one time he was racist, does he deserve to die? I mean do you know that he killed a single person? Or in any way harmed someone?
No one deserves to die, and you people shouldn't be celebrating his death because he was racist. Granted people like him make the world a more difficult place, but how do you know they deserve to die

lil bitchiness
Agreed Irene. Very much agreed.
But most people here are pro-capital punishment anyway, so talking to them about value of human life is like giving the medicine to the dead.

I think I'm gonna try that some day soon!

This coming from a person whom I believe started a thread about how Christian fanatics who justify their intolerance by their religion should all do the world a favor and commit suicide?

silver_tears
That is true

however if you know me, which I don't think we have had the pleasure of meeting, the committing suicide part was not in seriousness, although I don't think that could have been understood over the internet.
And I didn't say "Let's go kill them!" did I?
I don't justify killing someone based on their beliefs or values in that sense. His being racist has nothing to do with his being murdered.
Murder is awful through and through, you can't justify it because he was racist.
Dwarfdude
Some people do deserve to die, e.g. serial killers who have killed 10+ people...But people who have killed maybe 1 or 2 people, I frankly dont give a shit.
Unfortunatly, people who kill 10+ people are usually declared "insane", and use that as an excuse to live. Bull if you ask me...
If he's insane, then what's the point in keeping him alive? Add that into the killing 10+ people thing...
But just being racist should not be punishable by death. Otherwise we'd lose a majority of the U.S. population...

Im so proud of you cry
Afro Cheese
Well personally it's not that I'm glad somebody killed him.. I just think he got what was coming to him. In other words I don't support murder but if someone like that gets murdered I feel no sympathy.

I see it this way....if Wolfgang Droege would have continue on the racist and criminal path someone eventually could have become a victim of Wolfgang actions. Better to kill the dog with rabies before it bites someone. May Hitler welcome him with open arms in hell.
manny321
good. All those crazies are withering away. Zendel is jailed in Germany and now he is dead.
PRO-PAIN
Yeah I heard about this, good that racist prick got what he deserved.
