most people will say bats,so i say cyclops

Bats should win. He always does

been done before... hand to hand bats easily... if both met in a comic we know bats would win... if cyclops sees him coming hes got a chance though...

Cyclops wins, if this fight will not be Based on Fan Votes or Popularity Contest.
Because Batman is only Human, Cyclops is good too in hand to hand combat. Cyke can open his Visor for a full Optic Blast. And considering that Batman is not as fast as Quicksilver or Spiderman, I say Cyke has a big chance of defeating Batman.
