um Bats my fav but her power negates his martial arts skills....she can pick and chose when to hit him....and shes a ninja so shes no slacker.....

Yea, I give it to Shadowcat. Thanks to her martial arts training, she could easily defeat Bats since she would never get hit herself.

Shadowcat beats Batman. No doubt.

Bats would somehow find a way to beat her with..(here it comes!) PREP TIME! yaay for prep time...the one thing that makes batman soo good against everyone.....if they just met...kitty could phase right through him if she wanted and materialise her hand in his heart or sumtin gross like that...^__^
