G1 Megatron vs the The Hulk.

Megatron has his arm cannon, hulk has his tattered shorts.

Which one comes out on top.

depends on what level the hulk starts out on. If he starts JUST AFTER he turns into hulk, megatron wins no problem... if its against a really pissed off hulk, megatron has a good chance of losing, but if he can create a black hole, he'd still win.
