I have believed for a long time that Gambit and Scott are half brothers. I believe that Corsair (Scott and Alex's father, a space pirate who was until later in life the Summers siblings believed dead and was a Space Pirate, leader of the Star Jammers) had some kind of affair with a woman and got her pregnant and the result of that pregnancy was Gambit. It's radical and a lot of people hate this conspiracy but I'm just sharing so just take it as what it is, fun, not something to complain about.

Anyway...

Or top of that they have the same colouring and don't look entirely dissimilar, plus Gambit and Cyclops also have something a little crazy going on with their eyes, Scott having perptual energy soaring from his and Remy having entirely black eyes with red irises. And their powers are the same. Also, as it is known, energy force based powers do not work against sibling to sibling and I have yet to see Gambit or Cyclops use their powers effective on one another. Gambit's little known of mutant charm power seems to have no effect on Cyclops, while it does show some signs amongst the other X-Men, being that they are sometimes sympathetic towards his troubled past, forgiving, such like.

Maybe I am wrong but that's the fun of conspiracies like this...they don't hurt anybody and you can discuss them for fun and throw them around till your blue in the face.

Anyway if you want to reply to this I'd be glad to hear it but please if you have suspicions or conspiracies you'd wish to share, do it!

I think there's enough Summers' as it is. But you're right, they are similar..except for their personalites, but still similar

I see the resemblance in action between Scott's dad and gambit. Still gambit reminds me more of the race of Lindara, professer x's love than of Corsair. I love when gambit fought gladiator, who to me is more powerfull than Juggernaut, and knocked him back.
Personally i'm not to big on the whole powernegation thing. I like how it is unique between the summers brothers.

You know if you really wanna deepen the conspiracy theory take a look at Alex, Scott's younger brother. He (like Gambit) controls his biokinetic energy through his hands -wink wink, hint hint-

also between emma frost and her sisters.

I dont have any conspiracys up my sleeve yet at least not ones that i think maybe are true like mystique is nightcrawlers mother and stuff like that but emma frost did have some power over her sister a nice big bullet to the head!

Well Angeroo, in regards to Kurt's parenthood...anyone else believe Sabretooth is the father? I mean the most radical circumstance here is that Mystique transformed into a man and got Irene Adler (Destiny) prengant and it was in fact she gave birth to Kurt. That disturbs me but nothing surprises me any more.

What do you guys think of that?

X-Men- Genetic Rage

This is a brand new RPG, set in an alternate universe which is very similar to the Age of Apocalypse reality.

The X-Men are now based in England, Apocalypse has taken over America, Magneto is dead and so his son Quicksilver has took over leadership of The Brotherhood, Professor X has sacrificed himself for the good of mankind but lives on through the new mansion's supercomputer as a hologram. Beast in now the Principal of the Xavier Institute.

Storm leads a team more likened to traditional methods, Gambit and Rogue lead a team which protects Europe, Psylocke and her team are on a quest to find the parts of a myterious ancient weapon which can destroy Apocalypse once and for all, while Mystique, who has apparently conformed to the forces of good, leads a team of roughneck X-Men that fight the Genetic War on the home turf of it's creator Apocalypse, in America.

There are a few new surprises here and there, such as The Friends of Humanity now have superpowered inhumans as active authority figures, lead by Vargas. The Brotherhood has a few new members, who have seemingly converted from doing good to doing bad. The Hellfire Club has a few new members too who have also changed their perogatives, and through one Magneto lives on in some way, since he is Joseph.

There are full team lists for potential members to browse and if enough interest is shown then a new OC team will be created.

Also available is a more in depth storyline, so that the potential members will understand better the state of the reality and world that the characters live in.

It would be a pleasure to have as many people as possible stop by and take a looks o please do, it will be greatly appreciated.

Well, I don't know about Mystique morphing into a man and having a child with Destiny. that sounds a little far fetch, buty you're right. Anything's possible.

maybe mystique could do like a half/ half making her both mother and father like lizards or summink dunno what the word is tho

As for mystique turning into a man, her powers don't work that way. She looks like a man but doesn't possess his abilities, a.k.a. looks like hulk but no hulk strength. She can't impregnate. Kurt was said to be the son of a demon who thinks he is Satan. Apparentlly he is a deamon who likes to interact on the mutant - human level. I doubt he was Satan though.
What about Logans parents, who were they. Mabey Captain America. They say Wolverine is so old but in truth his age can't be established.

I was thinking back on the whole "Remy summers" theory and didnt Mr. Sinister say to cyke thst he had been watching him and his brothers for a long time??? did i read wrong i dunno did that happen? i think it did but who knows maybe it was a potential storyline that they cut in the end.

well...in the new comic books there gonna have after x-treme....i forget the name of it..but there already sayin that there is a huge twist involving gambit....which will probly be him being a summers brother but i'm really hoping the writers dont go that route

Well we have to remember a while ago, a couple years back. They were talking about how they were adding another Summers, but they never came through with who it was. So they might finally be picking up on that, I think that would be soo funny if Scott and Gambit are brothers!! Can you imagine how hilarious that would be, Scott would just be like uptight and try to make Gambit more like him. -shudders at the thought-

Yeah, Sinister did say that he had been keeping an eye on Scott's brothers, meaning more than one.

There powers are kind of similar in the sense that Scott has optic blasts, Alex can blast with his hands, and Remy can kinectically charge things. It would kind of make sense, . . .but I dunno

OK I know that Scott and Alex definitely have a half brother. He is the son of D'ken and their mother. He is Adam X or otherwise known as Xtreme.

I understand about Mytique...she can morph herself a penis but it wouldnt function correctly...no sperm. (i sound so icky now)

As for Mystique impregnating herself that would make her a hermaphrodite. And if she did do this the offspring would be a clone of her, as there would be no outside dna to make the offspring different.

Oh yeah I remember Adam I wasn't that fond of him. But I still think it would be soo cool if Gambit was a Summers. Can you imagine how annoyed and pissed he would be.

I find it more likely that Gambit is an Essex or some failed experiment of Sinister's. He seems to work for sinister in every reality, though it isn't mentioned in AOA.

The thing Alex and Scott have in common is that their powers are fueled by the cosmos, Scott by the sun and Alex by cosmic energy which has never been fully explained, only delved into most in post AOA-pre Onslaught X-factor issues. Gambit isn't that powerful, plus he has that psychic charm thing and none of the known Summers brothers have psychic abilities. I think he most likely is the product of sinister combining his own DNA with a human, hence the eyes.

If D'ken fathered Adam X wouldn't he then be a Neramani and not a Summers or am I just being pedantic?


Anyhow here are a few theories of my own:

Synch and M are the Parents of Bishop:
In an early issue of Generation X a groggy Bishop mistakes Money for his mother, and in the close of the Phalanx covenant Bishop remarks to banshee that Everette reminds him of himself at that age. Plus look at Bishops ability.

Synch and Jubilee are Shard's parents:
If she had the smae Mother as bishop is would be genetically impossible for her to die at the hands of an Emplate, as Monet displayed the ability to retard the process. Look at her skin and her powers she has to be the kid of Jubes.

Actually Gambit is...well was...one of the most powerful mutants. When he gained full control of his abilites as in the Gambit mini series. He was able to charge objects just by thinking it, he no longer needed to touch said object. But then when he faced off against New Son, he exhausted his powers

Lately Scott has been getting on ny nerves. I'm sorry, but I still haven't forgiven him for cheating on Jean.

Anyhow, I have heard something about Adam X or somethihng like that, but I'm not sure if he is Alex and Scott's brother. I like the theory that Gambit is there brother. that would be so neat to see. Can't you see them doing some "brotherly bonding?"

Gambit is (potentially)one of the most powerful mutants, next to magneto.
He just hasn't honed his abilities to their limit yet. When he learns to control his abilities as much as new son did, he will easily be one of the most powerful mutants, gaining control over the full range of the nuclear force.

I miss the old Scott, I liked him better I always thought he was cooler that way, but then again I think that was because he wore all blue and was/is the leader.

I agree Alex is definitely cooler then Scott, I thought he kicked serious booty in Mutant-X

'Brotherly bonding' I'm pretty sure they'd probably be going at each other's necks after that bonding. Which would be cool to see
