I am going with MERCILOUS on this one onless something is presented that states other wise. Because Etrigan's spells are going to do a lot of damage.

Etrigan uncontested. He is far stronger and his magic is incredible in this form that keeps characters like Klarion the Witch Boy (who has the powers on the likes of reality warping) at bay.
