Dormammu because he managed to stalemate eternity for a certain space of time before getting his ass kicked, forgot what issue it was though.

Mephisto would win in hell.

Dormammu would win everywhere else.

Dormammu is all around more more powerful than Mephisto. Mephisto is only omnipotent in his own realm. Even in his own realm others have bitched slapped him. I agree with K VON DOOM, they battle anywhere else besides Mephisto's realm, Dormammu will kick his a$$.

Mephisto is ****ing terrified of Dormammu. Totally batshit terrified. He and Loki both kneeled down, grabbed Dorm's legs, looked up with tears and began pleading to be allowed to live after he caught them plotting against him.
He treated Loki like a punk, even had the guy wearing a leash and collar for a while.
