Hmmm...the lack of a telepath is hurting the Avengers. Manhunter thins their ranks (probably to Thor and Hulk) and then the JLA mops up.

Not easily, but they would win indubitably.

The Avengers have Thor and Hulk. Thor and Hulk could beat those 5 JLA by themselves.

MM controls the Hulk. Hulk and the JLA beat the Avengers up.
