Who wins?

Venom... nothing the T-1000 could do would really hurt venom. Bullets are useless, and the thing is too slow to land any physical blows. Venom would recover fast enough from any flamethrower or grenade, and im sure that after enough time, venom would figure out how to kill it.

Pardon my ignorance, but what exactly is the T1000? Is that the liquid metal Terminator or am I thinking of something else?

Would it be just as hard for Venom to hurt T1000?

Pretty much. The only way they beat him was by melting him.

yeah, and the only way venom was beaten was by slitting his own wrists...
