Basically, a Superman with full control of the electromagnetic and energy spectrums. Teleportation, faster than light speed, Mental ability, could become intangible, still as strong as regular supes, and some green lanter-esc type powers. He had none of regular supes weaknesses.

Biggest weakness was that he "transformed" to Clark and in Clarks form was human for the most part.

Doesn't matter, blue or red supes, supes gets absorbed.

Cyborg tried that...and that is how Supes Red and Blue happened.

I thought that was Electro Superman. There are too many Supermen LMAO.

When he first got his powers...they refered to him as electro supes. As he learned how to use them though, that changed. He had full control of the electro magnetic spectrum and more. He kept pulling out new powers every issue..lol

Absorbing some of Surfer's powers would probably kill him. Surfer can absorb suns, what do you think he'll do to Energy Superman.

Why would he absorb them when he could just become intangible?
He packs a wallop himself in that form.
What you said was that surfer would try and absorb or take him apart...
If he tries that...he will end up with more Supermen (Superman green or pink anyone?)

If not, he'll force cosmic energy into Supes with repeated cosmic blasts, thus Supes energy intake will be too much, and... he'll die.

He'd be pretty stupid to do that if he didnt have to.

supes cannot handle the power cosmic pure and simple.

crossover is crap besides does GL have the speed, strenght of Supes. You imagine Supes own powers plus GL powers is more than enough to kick SS ass really hard

nope surfer could simply suck all of his energy out clarks body he would then turn back to puny clark and get splattered everywhere by surfer

After reading that profile on energy supes and everyone knowing about silver surfers capabilities ( well i hope at least if you're debating) then how can anyone say supes in this form can win? Its just silly. If anything he seems more susceptible to SS now.

Excessive radiation intake - SS could certainly pump supes full of radiation. Its how he claimed he'd put down gladiator if they ever went all out.

Containment- This supes has been captured and contained by an energy control being. If you know about SS then he's easily capable of doing the same thing

Disruptor cannon- SS through his power cosmic is capable of generating a variety of different energies and effects. He could certainly disrupt supes energy form forcing him to turn back into Mr Kent in which case this fight would be all over

Excessive use of powers- Fighting the SS imbued with the power cosmic supes will no doubt get to this stage. I mean come on if he gets "winded" lifting an elevator full of people magnetically of course hes gonna get tired fightng SS.

Supes debatably had a better chance in his standard form. Like this he'd get taken apart

Please his powers got downgraded and hes nothing but an illusion artist on a cosmic scale. Him and the cube beings feats got retconned. Im highly aare of what SS is capable of its you who doesnt seem to be so clued up. If you were you wouldnt e so surprised by how people talk about him in debates. SS is a cosmic entity. Hes just below thanos and verging on skyfather level. Supes in his energy form and as standard is outclassed and to anyone with a neutral mindset thats quite plain to see.

Yeah I think he can beat Phoenix force, Phonenix force are really not that powerful.

I already said that this fight could go either way depending on the situation. Besides energy Supes could probably beat SS. Guess you would say that Superman Prime would lose to SS too...

The Silver Surfer is all about radiation. If Superman can't take a lot of radiation, He can't win this fight.

By the end of his saga. Supes had control over his new powers... he could absord the energy and shoot it back at him. Teleport and beat him while SS is shooting, Turn intangible and have it miss..etc, etc.
Once again...trying to absorb him will just create more supermen. Cyborg Supes tried that and got Red and Blue Supes.

Greenlight's right here. Surfer can emit different kinds of radiation that'll kill Supes.

Not difficult to see that you are a SS fanboy

Im not saying that Supes heat vision would be enough to put SS down but maybe slow him down if he's flying around him. Like SS wouldn't get hurt if Supes punches him many times.

Besides what are your reason absorbing his solar energy, you don't know for sure.

Why can't you just accept that a fight between those two could go either way?????

the fight could go either way...but 9/10 silver surfer would win.

though if this energy supes did have full control by the end of the saga, silver surfer would probably lose 10/10. it would sorta be like MartianManhunter+Supes+Magneto...oy.
