What the hell is the difference? I know this is a stupid question but I've always wondered what the difference between a squirrel and a chipmunk is!

Squirrels have long fluffy tails...chipmunks don't.

Lets see Squirrels are alot bigger and have different tails then chipmunks.JM

Squirrels have tails, chipmunks don't. diets are different. Location of habitat is different by details. Coat colors, and genetics.

Take another look at em...chipmunks look different.

One eats peanuts and the other just nuts.

squirrels eat nuts, chipmunks eat chips duhhhhhhhh

Ones got it's own show the other doesn't

my dog ccaught a chipmunk once by just runnin after it..... my dog is like lightning!

My dog caught a bird and killed it.

You dog maybe like lightning, but mine dog is even deadlier.
