I doing good. I'm trying to move like a madman, I have to meet this landlord tonight in Monterey to give her my application and stuff. Where up north you moving to? I lived up in Humboldt County last year for six months.

They sell it in a shop in town that sells american sweets and stuff.. I've never bought it coz I was scared it would be gross! lol

There's a local guy where i'm at that makes and sells his own, and its pretty good.
I only posted because you mentioned kangaroo.
Never had it, but over the years (thanks to various Soldiers i've worked with, as well as where i've retired) i've had jerky made of pretty much every type of ungulate, also bear, shark (ugh), snake and (ugh ugh) cuttlefish.
I'd give kangaroo a try!

Forgot alligator. Gator is surprisingly gooood.

I like the plain old smoked elk jerky, good and thick lasts for a long time.

Moose. Moose is like chewing on the side of your house of your house was seasoned.

The bbq is nice as well.

Moose bbq? Hmmm.
