Well, not really. He can do many things, but not all of it. He's beatable, so dont worry about that. It was proven that his attitude can be his downfall. Like the time Joker tricked him into giving 99% of his power to the trickster, all because he was MASSIVELY underestimating Joker. He didnt really knew what he was getting himself into, and went to the Arkham Asylum(where the Joker was at the time) all relax and confident and s**t. I mean he offered a portion of his power to the Joker, THE JOKER!! How dumb is that? Arrogant fool.
