Juggy with Wally's Speed. He'd be damn near unstoppable. Which is unfathomable since he already is damn near unstoppable.

Juggs would win. Superman with the Mjonir would increase his power but enough.

Yeah, and Supes is vulnerable to magic. A few magic-based punches from Juggs and he'd be out.
