My god this would be such an amazing battle, In the end I think both would just end up killing eachother. But if I had to choose Id give it to Spawn.... Carnage would be too busy talking Spawwn would spend more energy on the fight than on the psychotic babble

I'd give it to spawn as well but just immagine how close it would be.
