Depends, which avengers are included? If Thor is, Deathstroke's going down.

he has claws
and can lift a tractor (kind of)

If he had good amount of prep time he could figure something out.
He couldn't kill them all but he could win.

I love Cap America and Iron Man to death, but dammit, Slade took down the JLA and they've got more heavy hitters than the Avengers.

He's taken down Greenlantern more than once, the only reason GL got out alive the first time was because Aquaman helped. Aquaman got his ass kicked too.
