I have always thought they are the same in pwoer level.

if they are both at their peak level, then cable would only just have a slight advantage due to his tech and experience

Theyre basically the same its just that nate was engineered to have his powers operate at levels potentially fatal to his own body. They hav the same power levels tho its just that cable obviously would know when to cut off for fear of harming himself. This would be like Magneto Vs Joseph. Id go for the superior skill and experience of Cable
