People who leave you hanging

I hate it!!! I was on the phone earlier today trying to get someone to help me with my stupid lawnmower(which is all good by the way) and they said" Can you hold on a minute?" Hold on my butt, I thought and I waited for about 10 mins and hung up. Why can't people be more considerate? 😠

yeah that sucks alot

you should try calling dell costumer service. and when somebody finally answers your call, it would be some indian dude who can barely speak english pretending he's name is skyler when we both know it's akhmed. 😠

I had to laugh when I read that RD.I have a Dell but I haven't had a problem with it. 😄

it's horrible. it's like standing in line in DMV... only it's on the phone. which makes it 10 times worse.

and why do they need to transfer you 12 times to answer one simple question....

"i'm sorry sir, we don't deal with that kind of problem. let me transfer you to tech support..."

tech support: i'm sorry sir, we have to tranfer you to hardware.

hardware: i'm sorry sir, you have to call this number...

Anyways to the point of the thread.. yes I have an online buddy who always says brb and sometimes I'm still online for like 6 hours after that and he never comes back..sometimes he just signs off! 😠

They get paid for what they do, its only good customer service to help a person asap, why are they putting us on hold for so long? is their product so crappy that they have sutch a large ammount of people calling? wll then expand your call in center you A$$ES!
