Spiderman vs. Nightcrawler. Who would win in a fight.

I thank Nightcrawler has a good chance of winning this.If he can just grab Spider-man he can teleport 3 miles in the air then let him fall.But if Spider-man hits him its all over.Does Nightcrawler have his sword if he does he can use it to help grab SM.He will not be able to hit him with the sword but he can make him dodge it then teleport then grab him will the sword is still swinging.
