No clue who Yandroth is, but if he can handle the Defenders alone then you'd probably have to start looking above Skyfather. Odin maybe? Dormammu? Ego? Cube Beings? And Thanos with prep is always a good catch-all when you need a tough opponent for a vs. thread.

i was thinking thanos. and both dormammu and LOKI have accomplished the same feet. i believe yandroth was originally a minor dr strange foe, then became the main defenders threat.
