Little Jonny (Master bates) his had a hard life, but may just be the nastiest comic villian of all thousands of civilians slaughtered for fun in london in a few hours. Some quick some slow, all in pretty nasty ways. Skinned, Arms removed, Chessboards of breasts etc. Powers pretty much the same as Gladiator and Superman etc. Who wins.
