Can somebody please tell me what "Draco Dormiens Nunquam Titillandos" means, please? It's under the Hogwarts crest thing on a ribbon and I really want to know what it means. I looked it up and all I got was like forums named that. Anyway post back soon!

i think i read somewhere that it means "never tickle a sleeping dragon."

i dont know but maybe it tells the houses in a diff. language. draco=slytherin something like that
