Born in the Outback, he always grew up with a love for the outdoors and beach. He grew up around guns and knives with his father, and soon went to America to join the Navy SEAL's. After 4 years in the Teams, he fell in love with a girl, and retired to marry her. 3 months after their marriage, she was killed in a car accident. Grief sricken, he dissappeard for a while. He returned and became part of SWAT, only to be recruited by 66 soon after for his skill, which was enhanced by th anger of his wifes death.

Strengths/Likes: Even through all his pain, he is very light hearted at times, but when it comes to his work, he's deadly serious, he still cracks a joke here and there, but likes to keep it serious. His wuick wit and sarcasim pisses some people off from time to time.

Personal background: Completely single-minded and utterly ruthless, Maxwell is a cunning and regal villain with a devious intellect. He has successfully played Umbrella, the HCF and the U.S government against each other and with each of them at each other's throats, no one can stand in Maxwell's way now. He is also an enigmatic individual, with enough secrets within his mind to bring down the government. When dealing with others, Maxwell tends to be rather unpredictable, changing moods rather quickly yet still maintaining a refining quality.

Career background: Upon the discovery of the T-virus in the 1960s/70s, an operative working undercover for the National Security Agency of the U.S government, succeeded in obtaining a sample of the contagion - which he then passed on to his superiors so that further analysis could be carried out. In 1974, the U.S government discovered that the T-virus could be used as a potential biological weapon of excessive potency. Realising that such a weapon could be highly effective, the government began drawing up preparations for a plan that would maintain their hold on such a weapon. The first part of the plan involved the monitoring of Umbrella, the eventual shutting down of their facilities and the eradication of all other traces of the T-virus. The second part of the plan involved a way to further develop the T-virus. This became the darkest of all the government's black projects, something that not even the CIA or the FBI could be made aware of. If word of this was ever to surface, it could mean the biggest scandal in American political history. In order to efficiently carry out their plan, the government entrusted the information and data of the plan into the minds of twelve people - these individuals were considered die-hard loyalists of the country, and people who would be willing to sacrifice themselves for the protection of the government. There couldn't be any files, any documents, any traces of report linking to the T-virus.

Everything, every scrap of knowledge was securely imprisoned within the minds of these twelve individuals. With documents relating to the T-virus destroyed, and the minds of the twelve individuals shielded by mental implants into the cerebral cortex of the brain, there would be no way for anyone to unearth the insidious plan that the government had scheduled. Such a matter was so secretive that not even the President or the cabinet was made aware of the goings-on. It was an underground operation at the heart of the American leadership, comprised of a select group of people who operated with no law and no conscience, and with no one to answer to. And so, it went on, the way it was for the next twenty-three years when an incident occurred. One of the twelve individuals who had been entrusted with the knowledge had let slip a portion of information in regards to the T-virus. The person was later arrested, and then forced to undergo a rigourous mental purge of the mind - a biological equivalent of reformatting a computer's hard drive. It was a dangerous procedure, which turned the individual into a braindead vegetable. Now there were eleven. After this, it became evident to the government that further steps had to be taken to ensure that the knowledge remained infinitely secure - and so came forth the idea of using a revolutionary and albeit hazardous device known as a synaptic suppressant - which when implanted into the brain of someone, would block out specific memories and prevent those individuals from remembering the knowledge. When the time was necessary, the suppressant would be removed and the information retrieved.

Something went wrong however, and the devices malfunctioned, causing the deaths of seven of the individuals and altering the minds of the remainder. To the government this was yet again another crippling blow, and after numerous failed attempts to restore the suppressant, the order was given to track down and arrest the remaining individuals. Two of the persons were eventually taken in and mentally reprogrammed, becoming vegetables just like the first individual. The other two were somewhat more difficult, but things were made much easier when one of them shot and killed the other. This was seen by the government as a strong sense of loyalty, and so they chose not to go ahead with the mental reprogramming of this last individual, instead choosing him to be the only living person with extensive knowledge on the T-virus outside Umbrella. Upon looking up the background data on this man, the government discovered his name - Gideon Maxwell. All other known persons with any information in regards to the virus were traced down, reprogrammed and erased from history. As time passed on, the U.S government in its ever changing form, unearthed the existence of another organisation - one calling itself HCF (Host/Hive Capture Force). Going by records, this organisation had posed a significant threat to the actions of Umbrella, which would play highly in the favour of the government. Unfortunately, there was some bad news. At this point in time, the T-virus had gradually become irrelavant - superseded by viral variants that were superior in many ways, the G-virus for example - developed by reknowned Umbrella scientist, Dr. William Birkin. If the government wished to remain a major player in the events transpiring, then it would need to acquire samples of more viruses - including the G-virus.

It was arranged for Gideon Maxwell, the Twelve Individual, to become involved with the HCF - this way they would have an operative working within the heart of a potential rival. At the time, the HCF was unaware that the government knew about the existence of any of the viruses, and so they willingly accepted Maxwell into their organisation. His exceptional intelligence allowed Maxwell to rise rapidly in the ranks, becoming a high order official for the HCF. With extensive knowledge of the T-virus, it wasn't difficult for him to pick up where his mind left off. Maxwell grew in power and knowledge, whilst transmitting any and all new data discovered to his superiors in the U.S government. Maxwell however, had begun to develop bitter feelings toward the government - and this was strengthened when over time, he gradually began to recover lost memories when the effects of the synaptic suppressant wore off. Upon remembering having the device implanted into his brain, Maxwell had it surgically removed via an operation and discovered that the suppressant could be modified so that it could manipulate higher brain functions rather than simply suppress memories, and so a brilliant plan began to unravel in the mind. If the suppressant /could/ be modified, then perhaps it could be used to control...

I was not aiming at a combat pwn character, mearly a conflict rich one asto 'enrich' my own roleplay experience. As could be widely known playing one of the crowd against NPC's isn't always preferable, while this character wouldn't have hunted PC he would I am sure be a conflict rich one. We are talking of believable characters ... fair enough ... in a RE-play, a BOW of this type could have been thought up I would think, making him believable in the context of the admosfere and play

hold on keep him with the wings and claws just make it so he can't just up and fly

wings (8 feet each) would have enough lift to bring up a 6 feet tall person. Still ... for sake of arguement. Lets say he can't maintain flight because of endurence, the straign being to much on his body. Lets say the wings allow him short burts in speed and hight (asin a much higher jump, upto a roof or such) or a slower decent (soaring, floating)

would such be acceptable?

All right. Well, I could give you more about Project R now. He had tests ran on his body, sort of fixating his genes with a special reaction that would instantly create a sort of 'scab' over the wound then heal it at a faster rate. The substance itself makes Project R's skin somewhat touch, sort of like a tractor tire almost. Going with his past, he was placed in a gang, so he has a history with gun use along with being rejected from the army.

(There's the character bio layout. Remember, you can't just have an elite STARS member fall out of the sky. The city is in chaos at the moment, zombies roaming the streets. A sewer system of tunnels run under the city as a mountain region lies west. This is where the Umbrella facility located in the city releases chemical waste. Of course that information is strictly restricted. The tunnels lead to the lower experimental facilities under Umbrella. Yet, when the outbreak occured, experiments escaped so they most likely fled into the mountain region. Special Forces have sealed the area off and gave a six day timer until nuclear action is taken. So, you could play your character as either wanting to simply leave the city or perhaps looking for survivors first. An intercom system announces how much time is left. This is sort of a rough draft thing though..eh..)

Personal background: Blaine's past could be called delinquent at best. As a child, he simply did not want to follow rules. Let alone, have an interest in a stabilized system. Quickly going towards crime he learned most skills that really wouldn't be taught to people. Being set up, he was arrested for one count of murder and attempted murder. Recieving life rather then what he wanted, a firing squad. Umbrella quickly picked him as one of their 'specimens'. No real experiments were ran on him, but they had aquired the large dog he once traveled with. Putting Blaine through a strict series of tests and training. They finally introduced Blaine's dog in a sort of restricted test. They were hoping for the new Deadfang to interact with Blaine. The project worked, yet the dog soon apparently died afterwards. A few days later a leak broke out releasing the virus. Testing on Blaine himself had began, more or less trying to find a way to nullify the virus's effect in case an opposing military were to aquire the virus. It was unknown if the virus was a success or not, but no knowledge was recorded as the outbreak had reached the inner workings of the Umbrella building. Blaine escaping the facility, soon found his dog once more. However, Deadfang had assumed a rather beast-like state, eyes a milky white he still remained faithful. At points as they worked through the city they soon grew lost finding it wasn't New York any more. Aquiring an array of weapons, along with self-created weapons due to his affiliation with improvising he seeks for some unknown reason any survivors.

Strengths/Likes: A rather well rounded fighter, training had brought him with an unkeen capability to push himself nearly to breaking. He also likes more or less strong willed woman. Though, the latter isn't really going through his mind at the moment.
Weaknesses/Dislikes: His one major weakness would be exerting himself far beyond what he is capable of. As well, his temper is somewhat short as well.

Career background: More or less a criminal, he has been known to be willing to carry out most jobs if payed enough.

The finished cigarette hit the ground landing right in a murky puddle. This place just got better and better, first he thought he could easily pull out but now he had two tag alongs. Passing a glance towards James and Tori he only shook his head slightly. A hand resting on the head of the large black dog beside him, he scratched the animal's ears before repositioning the two packs he was carrying. Of course they were heavy, but he had gotten rid of things at least -he- knew he wouldn't need. Sure he had said that finding survivors was a top priority but by the looks of it that was slim to none. No, he wouldn't give up lives that easily. These things weren't that hard to kill either. Telling the other's to remain quiet as well helped prevent any real threats from showing as they made along 6th street. He was hoping to get towards a police station or perhaps hospital. Again a solitary spark then a second cigarette would be lit. The puff of smoke rolled out as his other hand was carrying a Colt revolver. It was someone light, yet he had been sure to leave the heavier weapons in his packs. "Come on. I'm sure 8th street should have something." If only they weren't so young. Of course he was only older by four years, he guranteed himself that he'd been through more. Deadfang did not give a gaze towards Tori nor James as the dog simply padded along his master's side.

three hunters and you were bitten by a zombie and if you were on the verge of turning to one cutting of your arm wouldn't really have stopped it cause within 5-10 minutes is all it needs to progress into your body its a virus so if I have to you would too

ok... Resident evil was based on the movie night of the living dead, the first real good zombie movie. the virus was stopped or slowed by losing the limb that was infected. The fact that i cut the limb off, and waited, then got the anti-virus saved me. But, you were dumb enough to let yourself get bit by a giant black widow. Did you know that there is NO anti-venom for a black widow bite? no? didnt think so. The fact that you got bitten by a GIANT black widow really screwed your character over mainly because the ammount of venom given by a small black widow can kill 27 men. but, the ammount of venom injected by a GIANT black widow would be lethal instantly. I am being dead serious. Make a reasonable character, or i am out of this rp. got it? I havent god modded in a long while. I cut off the arm to slow the infection, it didnt stop it. oh and... on RE the movie, Raine was bit, and three hours later she turned into a zombie. not 15 minutes, idiot.

well lets see you were first in a hotel when you were bit, thenprogressed after atleast thirty minutes of other stuff (btw if you didn't kow the dog's bite is more deadlier and disease spreads faster than the regular zombie's) then you had changed into uniform went all the way up to the chopper waited a long time for us to where you were near death, then cut your arm, then when we got there we had to look for the anti-virus, that had to be atleast an 2 hours cause you were close to being a zombie and the anti-virus doesn't help after that much time has passed, and btw that was night of the living dead not RE and they said that the virus is also passed through the air so after you cut your arm more of it had entered your body then
