I made this same thread a while ago and no one responded. I'd take MNighter myself. He's got better reflexes, and his "battle calculation" power thingy (not quite sure what to call it) would do as much if not more for him than Batman's fighting ability.

Of course, throw in prep and oodles of gadgets, and Bats takes it...but hand-to-hand, no prep, MNer wins.
