I think Plastic Man would take this fight. I don't really think Thing could do anything to him, and Plastic Man could probably suffocate him or eventually get him off a cliff or something.

I also saw him reach into someone once and pull something out (JLA: Golden Perfect). If he used this more he could just gash people's brains out by reaching into them.

Plastic Man is very under-rated (years or poor writing, I suspect). He takes it.

unless thing can physically tear pm (and i doubt it), then i say plastic man takes it...

Thing has one advantage being he has fought side by side and is best friends with a very comparable character. Although PLastic Man doesnt really have any weaknesses, the Thing might have some ideas on how to at least nullify and avoid, if not beat PM.

Thing could always grab a freeze ray or fight him in the winter...

Anyways I'd go with Eel in this fight.
