I guessed knee before I read it. Girls often have knee problems. Biologically their knees can't take as much physical abuse as a boys. I know a chick who at 20 years old was told to stop playing softball or she'll really screw her knee up for life. She is already expected to walk with a cane sometime soon.
Anyway, I have had small injuries. I've sprained my ankle playing basketball (re-injured it about 8 times but that was because I was too stubborn to stop). Playing soccer, I broke a toe and ruined some tendons in it. At track practice I strained all of the muscles from my mid-quad up to my abs.
I was a vveerrryyy fast runner and because of this in school and in the Army was always chosen to do loads of sports, football (soccer) Rugby, orientiering, cross country. Unfortunatly I have inside pronition where my feet tilt inwards thus pulling all my tendons and stuff too much which is in your ankle. Due to this I have Achilles problems and can no longer run for very long otherwise I get pain in my ankles and my outer toes go numb.
Its crap and the unbeatable feeling you get wheilst running is lost to me forever. I know train in a Gym on weights and some cross machine thing, it麓s similiar but not the full carrat thing.
