If you want true, real, Hardcore horror, Watch Henry!! or Last House On the Left. For your buckets of blood, Its hard to beat "Zombie" and the old PEter Jackson stuff. Return of the Living Dead(1989) was awsome too.

the original Tcm hardley had any gore at all, it just made you think there was gore.

Zombie Holocaust
& City Of The Living Dead

Two rather gory films i've recently viewed.

That's the thing, there was virtually no gore in that movie. Hell, there was more gore in Hitchcock movies.

I've got "City of the Living Dead" on order, look forward to recieving it, and rounding out my Fulci section.

Zombie Holocaust (aka Dr. Butcher M.D.) is a decent choice for gore. I suggest you check out this one:

Beyond The Darkness (1979)

maniac is pretty gruesome...especially the scalping scene just thinkin about it makes me cringe

I remenber renting Maniac on VHS when I was younger. I haven't seen it in ages! I really want to get this movie on DVD soon.
