well it's the whole Qui-gon thing... I dunno how it dismays anyone I'm not into EU

actually speakin of the ghost thing, is it a jedi ability after they die and somehow Qui Gon was able to unlock it after awile of being dead and he guides yoda obi and anikin how to accomplish it after they die?
Or do you think something in the force opened up and allowed them to do this??

i am of the mind qui gon was so intune with the force that he was gradually trying to rip his way back into the world of the living so he could communicate to his jedi's. You can hear him scream in episode 2, he is still not quite as far as becoming a ghost but maybe qui gon was continually getting stronger to the point were he could appear in ghost form. Than maybe from there he can guide certain other dead jedi into becoming ghosts as well. I am of the mind it is just qui gon is so ube intune with the force he discovered a technique of visiting the living while being dead and taught the skill to others like yoda and obi and anikin

but surely there was stronger jedis who would have communicated this skill during the thousand of generations before Qui-gon,
why wait to tell ?

maybe he was the first to learn the skill. he did seem unusually in tune with the force even for a jedi.
there always has to be the first guy to make a discovery , maybe it was him!!!

well for me ROTS HARDLY EXPLAINED THE GHOST THEORY
so i was hoping to hear the EU ghost theory

and too see if fans of EU where pissed off with the ROTS-LIGHT version, i even opened a thread in that titled on the EU forum .

It's really amazing that Qui Gon couldn't contact Yoda before Jedi fall (after Order 66). So it means Q. G. Jinn has been waiting for the time when he will be able to "call" Yoda. Is it something in E3, 4, 5, 6 like "balance of the force" that Jedi can be ghosts?

to me it sounded like he was desperatley trying!!!

Can't qui gon quide other dead jedi to become one with the force?
