Shang chi, Akuma, Iron Fist, Ultimate Captain America, Normal Captain America, Gamora, Mantis, Azrael, Deathstroke, Shiva there are tons who are great H2H, but it depends on what you define as best.

If you are saying who knows the most styles, then someone along the lines of Batman.

If you are saying who just plain fights the best, someone along the lines of Shang-Chi or Akuma.

Champ -should- be unbeatable in h2h....but....grrrr

Most definitly. I'd put Akuma and Snake eyes on there for DDP/Image.

Snake eyes goes right under Karate Kid.
