Well if we assume that Clint is alive then i say Hawkeye wins.

Funny Jinzin, but in volume three he rarely, if ever uses his 'joke' arrows. The one he's used the most is his glue arrow, and that was to choke people.

Very evenly matched.

Based in particular on his insane "danger room" scenes back in WC Avengers, but also that he started younger, I'll give the edge to Hawkeye.

Not by much though, these guys are both nuts.
