Absorbing Man only wins if Thanos is limited to strength.... there are so many other ways the Mad Titan could elliminate Creel as a threat.

Seriously Thanos hangs with some of the most intelligent beings in the universe. I surmise that he even chimes in with a few valid points while chatting with these supreme beings at the water cooler. thanos Vs absorbing man is like pitting a lion against a man with a rocket launcher... useless

Creel would be tough to harm in that form but still, what can he do to Thanos? On the flip side, Thanos has a lot of ways of harming AM.

Has anyone else here read Universe X? There was a part of that where Crusher Creel absorbed Ultron, became -smart- and proceeded to annihilate the Avengers in graphic fashion.....

It was cool, too bad he doesn't do anything that smart in mainstream comics.

i think Absorbing Man would eventually win.... *waits to receive written bashing*.... eventually Thanos may come up with a blast or something that could hurt him (maybe) but then AM could just absorb that

AM is as strong as the writers want him to be. I could write a fight in which he beats Thanos, but I could also come up with AM getting his ass kicked by Jubilee.
