Anti-Monitor destroyed who knows how many universes thats like destroying Eternity i dont know how many times and we are talking Pre-crisis DCU and thus the beings of those universes were considarably more powerful then there modern counterpart thus it should be even easier for the Anti-Monitor to destroy the Celestials.
