I've heard that magical energy can mess up someone who is 'phased'. Scoob is currently using that argument (among many others) in his tourney match. If that's true, Shazam (Marvel) wins this. He outclasses MM in every other category, and probably wouldn't simply be shut down by telepathy before putting some serious hurt on MM.
