Ok let's change the rules slightly. Leia and Padme can only fight using the above weapon, no force powers. Also, the cage they fight in is full of jello. They wear whatever the hell you people want them to.

Unless there were 73 active stormtroopers, not all against Leia, some must have been after Han, Chewbacca or any other Ewok.

Well "some" droids must have been after the jedi. They were fighting a war, they werent really aiming towards Padme at that time. If they did, Anakin would get around 100 laser bolts against him, but he only got around 2-3 and not so often. He could even speek to her during the battle.

Padme and a group of soldiers were captured by droids, Leia alone was captured by Stormtroopers.

No, they mean something. But the battle of Endor wasn't as big as the Battle of Geonosis and alot of good Jedi died on Geonosis but Padme didn't. Also, Padme took back thead which is a harder task than the Battle of Endor. Sure Endor's a bigger battle but Padme had like ten people with her while Leia had houndreds of Ewoks.

First, the only reason Padme didn't die, was movie necessity. Other than that, she would've been WTFpwnd by the droids.

And Padme snuck into Theed and the palace, while Leia was in a not so subtle skirmish.

Yeah, and Leia was actually with her back to a wall, being protected ONLY by Han Solo, while Padme had an army of Jedi to protect her from being killed, not to say the least of Obi-Wan the Soresu master and Anakin the Shien deflection master keeping blaster bolts from her.

Really, Padme is not a military chick, she's a politician. Look at how she holds her gun- she holds a friggin' carbine one handed, elbow locked and straight. She knows nothing of warfare, period.

Leia pwns her.

Don't forget the Ewok factor in Endor.

She had a wall behind and next to her and Han in front of her. Perfect protection and she still got injured.

She had air support on her march up to Theed though. And again, she had body guards, and a Gungan army providing support. Leia had Han and no cover.

Gungans were fightinh their own battle. Naboo fighters were fighting their own battle. Her Jedi bodyguards were fighting Maul. It was just her, Panaka and a few Volunteer Naboo Officers and they fought their way all the way to the Viceroy. Leia and Han had hundreds, of forces and Leia still got injured. And Leia had more covor than Padme. She got shot because she was looking away from her opponents. A stupid strategy.

They tried their best to open the freaking door wich was the last resort. She couldn't have gone for all out battle with superman moves, killing all stormtroopers and AT-ST's. It's called being realistic.

Well, the idea of deciding this on one battle is pretty weak, now that I think of it. Padme is again a senator with no real battle experience. And she's as weak as they get.

Meanwhile, Leia is a rebel fighter on the side and protrays the bounty hunter Bossk and other things.

Don't forget, Obi-Trice....I mean Obi-Wan, and Quiggy, escorted through the streets right to the hanger. Half the battle over there. After that, she encountered battle droids, no tanks, no Droideka, not until she surrendered, while still being escorted by her men and Panaka.

Don't forget that there were two groups making their way through the palace, so the security would be divided to deal with them.

Then there's Leia. She had like what? 10 commandos left? All of them seperated and split up over the terrain. She and Han alone were cornered into the doorway. Stormtroopers galore, 5 AT-ST's vs. One Princess, one Pirate, 10 commandos, and primitives that dealt little damage at first. (despite the numbers)

Then add Leia's many other escapades, her flight through the DS, her fight in Cloud City, and whatever the Hell else she had been through.

All that chalked up to Padme's subtle infiltration (though not "battleistic" and her unrealistic survival at Geonosis.

That's still alot of droids.

Still, there wern't that many Stormtroopers by them. Why, you don't think Padme could have done what Leia did? Use the comlink to call R2 and then shoot a few stromies.

Where it took many, many shots to kill one Stormtrooper.

They wern't really fighting till the second half and then they were just running away. Padme was running in and re-capturing her city, Leia and co were running away from their captured city.


She is better. She's hotter too but they're both hot and this has nothing to do with it.

Which Leia is this... EU or RotJ... Or ANH... Or ESB?

I'll admit I hold no true appreciation for Leia's battle at Endor. The fact that the two of them were stuffed in an exposed corner with enemies everywhere, and their allies able to do little against the stormtrooper legion, is what I find impressive.

Leia, Chewie, and Lando fought their way out of Cloud City, under Vader's nose, and without his consent that he had in ANH. If I recall correctly, Padme herself ran from a hallway of droids. She skipped several floors of them in fact, and if it wasn't for her decoy (whose character I love more than the real Padme) then the Viceroy would've won. Essentially.

And I've noticed some biased opinions surrounding Padme just because she's hotter than Leia.

Cloud City was under Imperial Lockdown, Leia's party escaped, not attacked. And attacking is hard to do, but escaping can be even more difficult.

Possibly, but the battle ground on Endor was smaller. An entire Imperial battalion was there, with about twenty or thirty Imps nearby the base in shooting range. And if you look at the door with no cover there would be... Han and Leia. Oh, and the two droids.

This isn't exactly true. Han Solo kills an assload of Imp troops because they're still in the area. The fact that Leia was shot at and hit proves that they were in danger. How many shots did Padme dodge? And again, she is no fighter, period. Really, neither of these battles are great evidence. But considering that Padme was a child senator who participated in two battles as a minor figure and just happened to survive doesn't mean Padme > Leia. This is just one big ridiculous back and forth here.

Then Leia's.

Then chalk up Padme's professionalism in combat.

Then Leia's.

Finally, chalk up the difficulty of their total battle experiences.

And make an unbiased answer.
