i know that phoenix and DP are the same people but they have different powers and differnt strenghts and weaknesses!

Normal Phoenix

Dark Phoenix is the same as normal Phoenix powers wise. Theyre both Jean Grey the only difference is the name. So this is basically Jean Vs Rachel in which case Jean owns her daughter as she is top of the phoenix hierarchy.
